Fried Oyster (Kook juhn)

Six (6) servings.

  • 2 cups oysters
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Look over and remove any shell from the oyster. Roll in flour, slightly beaten egg and fry in a small amount of oil.

Season with salt.

Serve with vinegar-shoyu.
