Six (6) servings.
Place liver in boiling water and cook 3 minutes. Drain. Remove all skin and slice liver in thin slices 1/8 inch thick. Sprinkle with salt, roll in flour and slightly beaten egg and fry in a small amount of oil. Cut in pieces 2 inches long and 1 inch wide. Arrange attractively on a plate and serve with vinegar-shoyu. |
