Six (6) servings.
Chop the beef fine. Add shoyu, salt, chopped onion (including tops), chopped garlic, prepared sesame seed, oil, pepper and mix well. Shape into flat balls 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Roll in flour and slightly beated egg and fry in a small amount of oil until tender. Serve with vinegar-shoyu. |
